Who we are
All Stack Labs LLC ("All Stack Labs", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St #54743, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy covers allstacklabs.com, automation.allstacklabs.com, and the emails, calls and text messages we send. Questions about it go to hello@allstacklabs.com or (508) 505-4961.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you tell us about your project when you book a call or fill in a form.
- Your booking. The time you pick, and the calendar invite and video call link we create for it.
- Your text message choice. Whether you agreed to receive text messages, when, and on which form.
- How you use the site. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scrolled, the ad that brought you, your browser, device type and IP address. This comes from our server logs and the analytics tools below. Our own visit log never records names, email addresses or phone numbers.
How we use it
- To book your call, send the invite, remind you about it and reply to you.
- To prepare for the call and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
- To send you text messages, only if you opted in. See Text messages below.
- To see which ads and pages lead to booked calls, and to improve the site.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and record how the site is used. When you book a call, the Meta Pixel receives a hashed copy of your email address and phone number. Hashing turns them into a code that cannot be turned back into the original, and Meta uses it only to tell us which of our ads led to a booking. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and booking still works.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run parts of our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Google for email, calendar invites, video calls and website analytics.
- Meta for measuring our ads, as described above.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) for our customer records, phone calls and text messages.
- Slack for notifying our team about new bookings.
- DigitalOcean for the servers that host this site and our booking system.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you tick the text message box on one of our forms, we text you from (857) 800-8388 about your strategy call: scheduling, a confirmation, reminders before the call, and replies to your questions about it. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or buying anything. The full terms are in our text messaging terms.
Your choices
- Texts. Reply STOP to any message.
- Email. Reply and ask us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link where there is one.
- Your information. Email hello@allstacklabs.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
- Cookies. Block or clear them in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to follow up with you. For clients, we keep them for the length of the work and then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Security
Every page and form uses an encrypted connection, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that it never will be breached.
Where it is processed
Your information is stored with the providers above, mostly in the United States. Our team may access it from outside the United States.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
