What is an MCP server and do we need one?

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is a standard way to expose your app's data and actions to AI agents like Claude. If you want agents — yours or your customers' — to use your product safely, it's fast becoming the way to do it.

Can you improve our existing RAG that gives wrong answers?

Yes. Bad RAG is usually a retrieval and evaluation problem, not a model problem. We instrument it, fix chunking/embeddings/ranking, and add evals so accuracy is measurable.

Do you work with our current stack?

Almost always. We integrate with the databases, clouds, and frameworks you already run rather than forcing a rebuild.
