Automation & Ops

Automation you own, end to end.

Stop paying per task to rent your own workflows. We build business automation on self-hosted n8n and custom services — the same power as Zapier or Make, running on infrastructure you own, with no metered invoice that grows as you scale.

What we build

Automation & Ops, done at senior level.

01

Self-hosted n8n

Your own n8n instance, set up and hardened, so every workflow runs on infrastructure you control — no per-execution fees, no data leaving your walls.

02

Process automation

Lead routing, onboarding, billing ops, reporting, data sync — the repetitive work your team does by hand, running reliably in the background.

03

System integration

We connect your CRM, database, email, Slack, and APIs into workflows that just work — with retries, logging, and alerts.

04

AI in the loop

Automations that summarise, classify, draft, and decide using LLMs — where that turns a dumb pipe into a smart one.

How we work

From problem to production in weeks.

01

Map the workflow

We document the process as it really runs today, find the expensive manual steps, and design the automation around them.

02

Build on infrastructure you own

We stand up self-hosted n8n and custom nodes/services, with credentials and data staying in your environment.

03

Harden & hand over

Monitoring, error handling, and docs — then it's yours to run and extend, with no metered bill attached.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Why self-hosted n8n instead of Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make charge per task, so your bill grows exactly as your automation succeeds. Self-hosted n8n runs on your own server for a flat cost — you own the workflows and your data never leaves your infrastructure. We wrote more on this in the blog.

Is self-hosted automation reliable?

Yes, when it's built properly — with retries, error workflows, monitoring, and backups. That's exactly what we set up, rather than a fragile one-off.

Can you migrate our existing Zapier/Make automations?

Usually, yes. We rebuild them on n8n, often improving reliability and adding steps that were too expensive to run per-task before.

Do we need a technical team to run it?

No. We hand it over with documentation, and most workflows run untouched. We can stay on for support if you'd rather not think about it.
