Who we are
These terms are between you and All Stack Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St #54743, Sheridan, WY 82801. They cover allstacklabs.com, automation.allstacklabs.com and the text messages we send. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the site
The site describes what we do. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and we may change it at any time. Please do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
Who can use it
Our services are for businesses. You must be 18 or older to book a call or sign up for text messages.
Booking a call
A strategy call is free and you are under no obligation. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
Text messaging terms
- Program. All Stack Labs Call Updates: non-marketing text messages from All Stack Labs LLC, sent from (857) 800-8388, about strategy calls you book or ask us to book.
- What you get. Scheduling messages, a confirmation when you book, reminders before your call, and replies to your questions about it. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages from us.
- How you join. Tick the optional text message box on our contact form, or on the confirmation screen after you book a call at automation.allstacklabs.com. The box reads: "I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from All Stack Labs LLC about my strategy call, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders and replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out." Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking a call or buying anything.
- How often. Message frequency varies, usually two to five messages for each call you book.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stop. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (857) 800-8388. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. To join again, text START.
- Help. If you are having trouble, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at hello@allstacklabs.com or (508) 505-4961.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
Our content
The text, design, drawings and code on this site belong to All Stack Labs LLC. You may share links to it, but please do not copy it to pass off as your own.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
